Service Description

45 minutes-All levels yoga class-meaning you are welcome to go at your own pace and encouraged to listen to your own body. With a fun playlist, we will stretch, breathe, pause, and move freely to get that mind/body connection flowing. This class is offered the third Saturday of the month. All ages are welcome at this class. Minors (17 & under) must have a waiver signed by their responsible guardian. 15 & under must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Cancellation Policy

The $20.00 deposit is non-refundable. You may pay the $50 in full online or you may pay the deposit with the remaining balance due in the form of cash/check at the time of service.
